I bought this watch in April as a birthday gift for myself. I really liked the watch. As I was walking one day, I felt something burning on my arm under the watch. I took it off to see that the back had somehow come off of the watch. I called Samsung and they had me send it in for repair. After they received it, I get an email saying I owed $139.64 for the repair. I called them and they said my product was under warranty until 6/20, but this wasn't covered because it was water damage. I never wore this watch to swim, in the shower, wash dishes, or have it anywhere around water. The only "water" that it could have been exposed to was my sweat, which is what they advertise the "active" watch is for. I explained this to them, but they insisted that the watch had been damaged by water and I would have to pay for the repair. HORRIBLE!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!
