Looks great out of the package and easy installation. Mirror flips for different magnification options. The problem started about two months after install. Screws are hinge pins are rusting. The main body is holding up fine and I plan to recoat but disappointed by the rust on my bathroom mirror. If you plan to use outside a bathroom there should be no issue but I would not recommend for a high moisture room.
