I switched to this litter approximately a month ago. Since then, I've noticed that she is throwing up a lot and her fur is falling out. She also has been feeling terrible. After a few days of watching her stare at the wall and obviously not feel good, I took her to my vet. My vet said he "felt something" when he examined her stomach and wanted to take x-rays. Imagine how horrified I was to see that her stomach was full of LITTER!!! She's 13 years old and has used clumping litter her entire life without any problems. The granules are so fine that she easily is licking her paws after going to the bathroom and ingesting it. It then turns into a concrete wall in her stomach that has to be removed surgically!!!! This stuff is horribly hard when it hardens. My cat had gotten some on her nose that I couldn't even scrape off with a fingernail. I had to wet it and pick it off as hard as I could to get it to budge. Do yourself a favor and stay FAR, FAR away from this stuff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
