When we received our eyelashes, there was a card enclosed that stated if there were any problems with this product, just simply let the seller know what the problem is and a refund would be issued ... we are very very very disappointed with this product ... I bought 2 of them, one for myself and one for my daughter, but when we tried to put them on, they did not cover even half of the eyelid ... they're probably even too small for a child. We tried to use multiple lashes for one eye, but that obviously didn't work either. I'm hoping that you stand by your promise and refund our money. When I called Amazon, they asked us to return the products, but I told them there wasn't much left of the lashes after we tried so many times and so many ways to make them work. I don't want to post a negative review cause I'm hoping that you will implement our comments and fix the problems with the product rather than me hurting your company by posting lots of negative comments and reviews. I would appreciate my refund promptly!!!!
