Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

After seeing all the positive reviews, I purchased Charlie's Soap. The first time I used it, I found bleach-like splotches on my black shirt. So disappointing. I emailed the company along with a photo; no response. I called the company a week later and left a voicemail. It's been three weeks and they have yet to contact me. During this time I looked more closely at the reviews on Amazon and saw that this has happened to many others. Wish I had looked beyond good ratings before purchasing. : (
