I didn't care for this topper at all. Gooey and soft. Subjective, of course, but the real problem here is with the manufacturer, and their complete and utter failure to stand by their promises. There's allegedly a 120 'worry free trial' promise on this item. DON"T BELIEVE IT! I followed the manufacturer's instructions to obtain a refund. No response. All followup emails were completely ignored. If you decide to buy this mattress, understand that the manufacturers warranty is worth absolutely nothing. It's fortunate that, even though this item was well past the return window, Amazon accepted the return and refunded my money. Kudos to Amazon for having the integrity that this manufacturer lacks. My recommendation is to stay away from Bedspick products until such a time as they can demonstrate that they will follow through on their promises. Don't hold your breath.
