Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

My box arrived looking as if it had been previously opened and then re-taped shut. The ivy themselves were rolled up and then *completely* covered in tape, making it very difficult to open without harming the fake ivy. The smell was also terrible, even after 4 days of airing it out it still smelled like chemicals and cigarette smoke. There was also no remote control included so I can't use the lights at all. I was looking forward to using this to redecorate our bedroom while my fiance is away, but I don't think I'll be doing that now. EDIT 6/10/2020: I was asked to take down this review in exchange for a full refund. I'm not interested in rescinding negative reviews in lieu of payment when my experience bears issues that were seen in many previous reviews. They have been given opportunities to improve the quality of their product, based on more recent reviews I have seen, more effort on their part is required.
