Bad business practices ahoy!
Amazon always seemed like a great company, competitive pricing, mostly free shipping, and very thorough reviews, until you try to make a mobile purchase. First off, for some purchases, you need to use their other app, which they very cleverly (clever like a scumbag, mind you) will not let you review, because it is essentially malware. What they don't make very clear is that whether or not you paid to purchase goods from them, you don't possess anything remotely resembling ownership rights in those goods, and Amazon retains the right to take those goods back from you -- that's normally called theft when someone takes from you something that you paid for. What's even worse is that you cannot uninstall the program you used to purchase from Amazon without disabling all the purchases you made through the amazon store. Unless you are comfortable with a useless device (due to the fact that there isn't enough memory to run the appstore, the app you paid for, and all the normal services), you are wasting your time and money by even trying this piece of junk. Someone should take amazon to court over this huge violation of privacy, it would be a slam dunk win, if only because Amazon is clearly violating its own terms of service by allowing Amazon purchased apps to run themselves without permission even after you've removed this horrible Amazon app, yet when you open the app, you can't get in because you are not logged into Amazon. That's right, they are crippling your device even after you attempt to terminate their overbearing contract, in clear violation of their own terms of service. Do not give your money to Amazon, you are not actually buying anything from them, and stay far away from any Amazon apps.
