I initially thought this was a good product. It came well packed and was easy to put together. The first thing I did not like is that the photos don't give you a 360° view of the couch. They did not fully wrap the couch in the nice grey fabric. The back side of the couch is a cheap black fabric that is kind of like the stuff they make the reusable grocery bags out of. So, if you don't plan to put it up against a wall then it is not the most attractive thing. Since it is fully wrapped in fabric, you are unable to see what material the structure is made of....until it breaks! The couch I ordered broke within a month or so of use. The wood support above one of the legs broke leaving me with a three legged couch. After the support broke, I was able to see that the structure of the couch is made of a pressed wood that is very lightweight and much weaker than the typical plywood you would find at your local lumber supply. I returned the couch to Amazon and chose not to get a replacement since I feel that this couch would not hold up to every day use.
