Shark Sonic Duo Floor & Carpet Cleaner, KD450WMThis is a waste of money. the shark sonic duo, not clean carpets at all. There are only two adults in my home, i noticed a slight path in my carpet. I have my carpets done professionally three times a year. I thought this product would help in between.........wrong. Not only did it do nothing to the slight path, I had one little mark from something that came in from my patio, I used the machine and the pre treatment 3 times and it did nothing, I used a spot cleaner I have kept on hand for years, one spray and a little rub it came right out. Really think about this machine, I know I should have, but where is the dirt going? It is just spreading it around. I tried it on an area rug by my front door. I did a third of the rug, so I could see the difference, there was no difference, NONE, in the area I cleaned and the area I did not. I have worked on my carpets all day, Did them 3 times, used all of the product that came with the Shank Sonic Duo, then went into the bottle I bought, $25 I might add........huge disappointment in this Shark Sonic Duo. I am going to try to return this machine. A waste waste waste
