If you want to plug this into a device to permanently give it Bluetooth capabilities -- one of the main reasons you'd buy this -- then don't buy this. It cannot transmit while charging its built-in battery, so it can only be used while disconnected from USB power. It doesn't say this in the product description or on the box. At least it mentions it in the manual -- after you've already purchased and opened the product.
