This box is really cute, however it was destroyed before shipping. The window in the back of the box was ripped on both sides, the plastic window on the back of the box was pushed in and bent, and it was ripped on the inside as well. Ordered this for a grandchild and am very disappointed that it can't be used now. Contacted customer service via live chat and was told that the box isn't an item that can be returned and replaced, which is what I was hoping for, however I was compensated for the inconvenience. I give the customer service rep 5 stars for the resolution, but the box itself is still only getting 1. Won't order a gift card in a gift box again unless it's a tin.
