Awful. I was so excited and ready to use this machine as I used to be a barista and haven’t been able to go out to get good coffee amongst all this covid chaos and was extremely dissatisfied when I opened it up. The drip tray as missing so the cup that catches the coffee doesn’t fit and is off level= spillage. The milk frothing wand first of all was missing a piece therefore which is extremely dangerous considering it’s steaming water. And also the milk frothed wand was caked in old dried on milk. The manual was also copied sheets of paper that had whited out sections. All I wanted was a working machine to make good coffee to take with me to work since I can’t go out and buy coffee. Very disappointed because I received a broken, used , and dirty machine.
