This will mess up your teeth
It's not worth the money. I ended up loosening my teeth on this and bruised my gums. I am turning 50 this year
and still have all my teeth. I have great hygiene so it's not me, it was this product. Since I stopped using it my gums
healed and my teeth are no longer moving around.
