While I like the door design, the usable length of the box is under 20 inches (see attached pic). This is due to an indentation in the bottom tray that appear to be designed to allow for stackability. This indentation robs my cat of almost 4 inches off the stated length. If you are purchasing this box to give your cat some more room, be sure to measure your current box and make sure you are actually getting extra space. Don't trust the listed dimensions.
