I ordered this after accidentally breaking my glass french press the other day. I was hesitant to buy it because I hadn't heard of the brand before, but I did anyways based on the good reviews. It was delivered today and when I opened the box the knob on top had scratches and a dent, as well as scratches on other areas of the press. Super disappointed, will be returning asap.
