I have to change my review, as this was a great diffuser for six months. All of a sudden out of no where the buttons started malfunctioning and then it would shut off the second I turned it on. Made a video for the company per their request, as this item does have a warranty. The company would not give me the email address they wanted me to send the video too, instead they wanted to send me on a hunt to guess and find that address myself. After multiple emails, I gave up. I will be purchasing a new diffuser and unfortunately not from them. A diffuser should last longer than six months. Great diffusers until it broke and unfortunately this company does not care.
