This does not work. I purchased this to try out in place of taking the time to prepare my own concoction. If you are taking curcumin to reduce inflammation from an autoimmune disease, like Hashimoto's, this is not a high enough concentration. After taking my homemade shots for a week, I tried these capsules and my horrific pain came back full force after being controlled and gone while using my homemade stuff. Do yourself a favor, save tons of money, and make your own shots out of organic turmeric powder black pepper and olive oil....it actually works.
