This developed a leak in the middle of the hose with no source of abrasion or pressure. Of course it was just outside of the return window. When I called the company to avail myself of the "No questions guarantee" I was told I had to have the serial number for the hose. That was on the package that I threw away. How can you give something a serial number without it being affixed to said device? Asking me for the serial number is definitely a question (LOL). #1: The hose is of poor quality #2: You better register it if you ever want to take advantage of the guarantee.
