OK this is just crap! Purchased it July 9 2017 and today October 8, it quit working. No power, Just stopped. We have a master bedroom with carpet and an area rug in the great room. Otherwise our floors are tile and wood. There are two senior adults living in this house so there is very low traffic and mess. This is unacceptable and beyond belief. So for $200.00 I got to use a vacuum for three months and I can't seem to return this item. Prior to this I had an Electrolux for almost 15 years. What has happened to quality? Please buyer beware. Do not buy from Amazon. Go to a retailer near by where you can walk in with the item and get some kind of refunder exchange. I can't even find a way to contact Amazon to ask WHY!!! This is beyond, beyond. I am done.
