Man - I’m bummed. I need a product that will take the edge off of the volume of the world but not like this. These are exactly like normal ear plugs (they even look like normal ear plugs but with a plastic painted ring attached to them, which seems less like jewelry and more silly when you get them in person). They dampen the sounds of the external world so much and, just like regular people ear plugs, they INCREASE the volume of the interior of my own head — like blood flow and chewing and talking. Super underwhelmed.
