TOTAL waste of time and money.....
I am an avid exerciser with weights. I have been a Tony Horton fan since P90x days, however, I have not noticed any changes by taking this shake. I think the taste is nothing special and it is overpriced. There are so many other shakes out there that are comparable for less money. Will NOT be buying this again. DON'T waste your money or time on this one.........
