I bought this to protect a brand new mattress. When I took it off today to wash it, my mattress was stained. I needed this to protect it because of the mattress warranty. The wrong mattress was sent and now they won’t take it back because of the stains. This cover was never off of it. I am stuck with a $500 mattress I hate because of this cheap cover. It’s so thin. The top is some type of thin, cheap terry. The bottom side reminds me of what they put on baby cribs back in the 70’s. This is the worst mattress pad I have ever owned.
