100 night warranty is FALSE. Purchased 2 pillows in hopes that my husband and I could experience neck pain relief. The pillow is advertised for multiple sleep positions. Unfortunately, my husband and I did not find the pillows comfortable for us. Just missed the 30 day Amazon return window but the pillow comes with a 100 night warranty which denotes warranty paper provides an email address and notes to contact Zamat after amazons’s 30 days has passed. I have emailed them 4 times along with Amazon proof of purchase, each time I have clearly articulated the same request - How do I return the pillows in order to get a full refund (including any return shipping costs). Each response back from Zamat is unintelligible and never answers my question. I get the sense that I’m dealing, not with a manufacturer but a guy selling pillows from his garage outside of the United States. Amazon, you truly need a better vetting process for vendors. These pillows are not cheap and I would like my money refunded for both pillows.
