This product reduces the pressure of your shower. That is a deal breaker for me. It also leaks despite the included plumbers tape. The jet produces too much water compared to desk top units. With the stream of water being to large in diameter the water will not penetrate the sulcus (space between your gums and teeth) properly. This produces very little, if any, positive result in my opinion. I am a dentist and would not recommend this product to my patients.
