I loved getting the 5% cash back on Amazon purchases, but canceled my card because of chase. I had a couple issues with the card and chase customer service team could not have been more rude or unhelpful. I've never experienced such poor customer service and hostility while trying to resolve an issue. If Amazon partenered with another bank I would certainly open up a card again, as the benefits were great.
