but I am disappointed not only with the melted silpat
I bought new baking pans when I ordered my Silpat. My first use, I roasted some veggies at 350 and the Silpat melted onto the pan. My new pan and the mat are both ruined. The veggies didn't stick to the silpat, but I am disappointed not only with the melted silpat, but now my new baking pan is ruined.
