I am writing this with you in regards to the bad warranty claims service that I have received. The warranty claims department had told me that my mattress was misused do to pictures presented, when I used the mattress properly and the mattress overall was just bad quality. First off I want to tell you that this mattress is very undeserving of the name lucid. The mattress deteriorates to the touch and rips when it bends. Just rubbing my hands on the mattress, little nanoparticles fall off and things get messy with this stuff. And if the mattress is a little big and hanging off any spot it will rip within days due to the lack quality and soft the mattress is. If the sleeper is a heavy sweater then it will make many stains on the mattress even with a cover. And the mattress is unwashable and will become smelly. I was unsatisfied with the mattress quality as well as its support for the user. The support of the mattress was like that of falling into something and hitting the hard surface underneath. The mattress was way too soft. If you want a mattress that makes you feel as if you're just falling into a hole this is the mattress for you. My main concern with the mattress is that it rips in all different places consistently. so there are many rips and tears on my mattress. I will provide pictures to show the damage of normal use in only 6 months. mind you that warranty claims will most likely come up with a excuse not to refund you or replace the mattress.
