I was eager to love this and thought it had a great array of features and nice collection of accessories. It arrived in a box that appeared to be new, in good condition and never opened. We set it up and tried making french fries and "fried" chicken which came out okay but not quite what we had hoped for. They took longer than reasonable to cook and they were a little crispy in spots but not what one would expect from something claiming to be an air fryer (it shouldn't be slower to cook and 50% less crispy than our standard oven or what's the point?). Then, when trying to make toast for family breakfast, the toast function failed miserably which is a serious drawback as our kitchen has limited counter space and we had to remove the previous small toaster oven (that made great toast) to make space for this device. After trying every possible combination of settings to make normal toast, I had to simply accept that it just cannot toast sliced bread decently (without drying it out completely and taking forever in the process just to get to a lightly toasted color). Also during the toast making attempts using a wide variety of settings I noticed that only 2 of the heating elements would come on no matter what the settings on the knobs were. So with the knobs turned to 450 degrees and every possible setting only the 2 outer heating elements on the top would generate heat and the other 4 heating elements (2 on the top middle and 2 on the bottom) were nothing more than "decoration". Sadly, it looks like we will have to spend time and energy packing this back up and returning it.
