Bought 2 these because of the price. I already own a Ring Pro but at this price, might as well add the garage and backdoor... Yeah, neither worked. First one would not enter setup mode and a factory reset did not work. The 2nd device setup fine and detected motion and rang when pressed. Issue? No video. Various resets did not work. Ring actually is sending me a brand new Ring Doorbell 2 but don't waste your time on these. 2 didn't work. Being a refub you may expect that 1 may not work, but neither did... Certified refurb? Yeah Ok.... shout out to Ring for making this right... still returning these tho. Most reviews say these don't work or have issues.
