I wanted to love this backpack. The USB and Audio cords inside are super long I would rather they be removal from the inside also. If you are using an external battery with this there isn't a good place to store it inside the back pack. It can sit in the top pouch which is awkward with the USB or just be left at the bottom which is worse IMO. There really should be a dedicated pouch under the USB specifically for external batterys. That said my biggest issue with this is the padding on the back. My laptop simply doesn't feel safe/secure in this thing which is really disappointing. I bought this to have something smaller than my swissgear backpack to take my laptop out in but now I'm not sure if I can use it for that purpose. Perhaps if my laptop was smaller (it's 15.6") I could put it in a neoprene sleeve and then it should feel secure enough too but right now that's a no. I will keep using it as a general purpose backpack and maybe my opinion will change.
