The collars arrived very quickly, even though the shipping was free. They were perfect too! If you do not want the bell on the collar, it is very easily taken off. If a collar gets lost or I get a new pet, I would definitely buy one of these again. UPDATE: a mere weeks later both collars I purchased are ruined!! The reflective part with the writing is flimsily glued on and now peeling off! You can't even read my number anymore! Imagine what it will look like in a few weeks!! A total waste of money, I'd be better off just writing on a collar with a sharpie!! No wonder the two collars shipped quickly, they were pieces of junk! By the way, my cats are inside cats, so this isn't even due to weather. I just wanted them to have my number on them in case they got out.
