1. Frequently loses heart rate; directions say to tighten strap to avoid this happening, but you can only wear it so tight before it becomes uncomfortable. 2. When you lose contact and heart rate reading you have to scroll back through the settings to re-connect; messing up timing 3. The function buttons are too small and are not at all user friendly; to use them to scroll through features / settings you have to stop running / walking / swimming etc. I was really looking forward to this product - so much that I purchased two of the them for me and my wife. I was VERY disappointed and ended up I returning both of them.
