My husband found this item on a lightening deal and purchased it for me for Valentine's Day. Based on the item description, he ordered me my normal size, medium. The first line of the item description says "According to customer feedback, if you are slim, we suggest you choose A SIZE DOWN" The coat arrived and is too small. I was attempting to EXCHANGE the item, but they do not do EXCHANGE. I even visited with two Amazon Customer service reps. I can RETURN the coat and order a new size, but then I will pay the full price and not the LIGHTENING DEAL price. This item is not worth the full price the seller is asking for it. And, no where does is say "No exchanges." Very, very disappointed.
