Let start with the product: 1- White metal frame is true white and particle board shelves are off white/cream. 2- Unit pictured with only 3 legs, but requires a 4th leg in the middle front as it is very unstable. 3- Metal frame is not completely soldered together with terrible gaps and somewhat sharp edges. 4- The 90 degree angle shelf should fit into a corner but can’t due to the oversized industrial footies on legs. 5- Hardware used to put together shelf is highly visible. Then there’s the customer service: 1- Requested a return citing reasons, and they badgered me for more information. 2- They implied I was took slow at responding too their multiple emails. 3- Some emails were impossible to understand as conventional English grammar was not used. 4- They tried to get me to help them re-sell the product for them. 5- Finally approved the return but would not pay shipping despite the shelf not being as advertised. Long story short: Ended up keeping the shelf because shipping cost for the return was almost more than the shelf itself. Product and Company were both awful.
