I bought 2 of there 500w 48v bikes. For my wife and I. One of the battery packs went bad in 3 months. Then I had a throttle problem with both bikes. Then both of the bikes motors got hot and quit working. Spent $2,000 for these bikes in total. They took a months time stalling me saying they could send me parts to fix it myself. But they wanted to charge me $300 for parts when the first bike broke. The discovery of the problem and the communication with the customer service was months prior to my warranty expiring. However now since they stalled me for just a few days past my expiration of my warranty they will not honor the warranty. Very poor and un helpful customer service. Poor quality on all the parts on the bikes. I would never buy from them again. I will be seeking legal action after I talk with Amazon and ask them my recorse.
