I was so happy when I first got this hose, but a few days ago it broke and I found out the lifetime warranty (which is the only reason I bought this brand) means nothing. You can’t actually get ahold of anyone to replace your defective hose! Mine is only used to fill a couple horse water buckets everyday and then it’s drained and rolled up. I baby that hose and it still broke! I’m attaching a picture of where the nozzle busted off from the inside. I missed the 30 day return window by 2 weeks so I want to warn everyone that this hose is crap! When I got it, I didn’t even take it outside until a week or 2 later, and I’m writing this review almost a week after it broke which means it worked for only 3 weeks! Rediculous... I feel this shouldn’t even be sold on amazon. I place many orders a week here and usually get great stuff but this one was an absolute fail. Wish I read the reviews and not gone by rating.
