★☆☆☆☆
CORRECT DOSE IS 1.25 TEASPOONS, NOT 2 TEASPOONS.
One star given because of deceptive and dishonest dosing information. First, it is important to know that the clinical studies on this product showed results for 2.5 grams. *When tested, no additional benefit was found from taking 5 grams.* When I finished the first jar in less than 30 days, but the label said it held 40 2.5 gram servings, I weighed the product with a digital gram scale. I found that 1 teaspoons = 2 grams, so 2.5 grams is really just 1 1/4 teaspoons, and the 2 teaspoons recommended by Besha on their label is actually 4 grams. This results in Besha selling 60% more product, with no added benefit to the consumer. It also means that the consumer is unwittingly paying 60% more for the effective dose than they believe they are. When the company corrects this situation I will edit my review to reflect that fact that after five weeks of daily use I believe I am beginning to see some results, and plan to continue using it for 2-3 more months to see if the benefits are real and ongoing.
