WARNING ABOUT UNRESOLVED KNOWN ISSUE: I just got the OTA DVR Wednesday (from Best Buy) and when I tried to set it up, it kept rebooting. I called their support, and they didn't really know what was going on, so I returned it and got another one the following day- same problem. This time when I called, they said they were aware of a known issue and they were working on it. I called back Saturday (1/28), three days later, for an update, and they said there was still no fix- after having me try something that didn't work. They suggested I leave it connecting and rebooting so it would get the fix when it was available- which I thought would cause stress on the unit (constantly rebooting). I bought the Roamio and the mini, and now I have about $550 tied up in in stuff that doesn't work-not a good start to my cord cutting strategy. If I had known this was going on, I would have thought twice and reconsidered this purchase. I will post an update when they get it working. I hope they are not still selling boxes that when activated will have this problem, but .... I attached a clip to show the issue.
