I liked the pen until after light use I noticed a small peice of the bottom plastic housing broke off. No idea how this happened. Then another small peice broke off and the housing no longer stays on the pen. It has made it u comfortable to use. I wouldn't buy this pen again. Cross customer service said I could send it in for repair under warranty but there is a $10 processing fee and I have to pay shipping. So after that investment and my time to do so, I might as well just order a second one since I paid about $19 for the first. No thanks.
