I bought this , put it together, and the base would not match up. it was cut out wrong! so I wrote the company and they sent me out a replacement part. This part was just as bad. huge gap on seem, looks cheap. So wrote to them again and spoke tp a person about the problem. Was told to send the whole thing back and they would send me a new one. Well I told him NO. That I am not taking my valuable time to waste on something that I have to put together again, and take the chance that the same thing is going to happen. I told him just deduct $50. and call it even. because that would be the time I would be paid for my effort to redo all this. He said they could not do that. So I told him I would write a review, A bad one on customer service The product works okay, but with the flaw looks cheap. I have had it a couple months and it works well, the bands seem to be wearing fast. I don't know at this time if there are replacement parts, or?.It Takes up very little space which is a plus. I gave it 2 stars because of BAD customer service results. I used to deal with customers and the bottom line is ....make the customer happy.
