DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PLUG IN! I’ve been using 2 for a few months now and I’m not even really sure if they made a difference with my multiple cat household and their moodiness towards each other... BUT SERIOUSLY DO NOT RISK THIS FIRE HAZARD OF A PRODUCT! My husband and I were about to leave for vacation and out of the blue I decided to check the liquid in these plugins to see if they needed a refill and they were smoking!!! Burnt the top of the refills as well. Melted plastic had started dripping on our outlet and I can’t even imagine what would’ve happened if we left our pets home alone (with a pet sitter) with these things and a fire started. I’m so beyond mad that this item is still available after SO MANY users have had the same DANGEROUS AND POTENTIALLY DEADLY problem. Like many of you I read the reviews and decided to give it a try anyway because I was getting desperate but I genuinely plead with you to refrain and that this product isnt worth risking your furbabies lives (and yours!) over. Do. Not. Buy. Would give 0 stars if available. You’ve been warned!!! Believe the previous users.
