I have used Redken All Soft Shampoo consistently for about 5 years now and have been happy with this brand. However, this particular bottle's formula was incorrect or had been tampered with because after washing my hair a few times with it, my hair turned so greasy, waxy, and sticky despite washing it multiple times per day. I finally got the greasy-texture out by washing my hair with Dawn Dish Detergent. I will never buy shampoo from this supplier again.
