Purchased a simply safe 9 piece home security system + extra indoor security camera. Motion and door detection works okay. But upon installation of cameras; i figured out the cameras are uncomputable with Apple Airport Wireless router (even with 2.4 GHz and 5.0 GHz network). Contacted them day after installation to set up product. SImplisafe said they would send out new cameras (customer support figured it was a hardware issue) even though both cameras were unable to connect to wifi as i stated upon phone call. Simplisafe representative said they would honor full refund 60 days after purchase if cameras did not work out. Fast forward a month later tried to contact simplisafe technical support to begin refund. After 1 hour of being on hold. Representative said they would not be able to honor refund (policy states that within 60 days of purchase full refund will be given. CONCLUSION- Horrible security system with even worse customer support. Do not purchase system unless sure that it will work. OR do not purchase system through amazon, purchase directly from company so they have no reason to not honor refund. ALSO if looking for system notifications to smartphone then you have to purchase monthly plan (defeats the purpose of whole system cost entirely). VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. WILL BE PURCHASING RING SECURITY SYSTEM/ ALTHOUGH NO REFUND WILL BE GIVE. THROWING AWAY SIMPLISAFE TO GARBAGE WHERE IT BELONGS!!!
