Not Powder Coated-unsafe for birds
Despite the manufacturers comment that the metal pan is powder coated this is not true. This metal will be toxic to birds. There is nothing on the actual package labeling that says it's coated. It is made in CHINA and I don't trust this product to be safe so returned immediately
