Purchased this a couple weeks ago. It’s a nice looking coffee brewer but here are my issues with it. When the alarm goes off that your coffee is done, it’s really not. You either need to wait another 2-3 minutes for it to finish dripping, or remove the filter basket with a paper towel underneath it. The coffee isn’t hot enough when it’s done, and if you waited that 2-3 minutes for it to drip, it gets cooler because the entire carafes top is exposed because there is no drip hole into the lid, so you have to remove the lid of the carafe. When you try and pour that last cup of coffee you have to basically turn the carafe completely upside down to get it all. When you are not using the coffee maker. You have to make a decision. Either keep the carafe lid off or remove the filter basket in order for it to sit pretty on your counter. On a plus side, it doesn’t take long to brew a pot and when you do put the lid on after brewing, the coffee will stay warm for a couple hours.
