This thing is awful! I thought my kids were being dramatic because they were the only ones that used it. I have tried it a couple times now and it’s awful. Swiveling: The head swivels but somehow it sticks too. So it swivels when you don’t want it to and the sticks to the side so you have to use your foot to fix it. If you can get used to it, you have to turn the handle sharp right to go left and visa-versa. It’s stupid. Vacuuming: You have to keep the vacuum tilted low at all times. If you go up too high it loses suction. Also, if you bump even a crack in the floor (I have wood flooring) the bottom part will struck up and stop sucking and you have to use your foot to push it back down. Lastly: It doesn’t stand on it’s own! What the heck?? So any time you need to stop you have to lay it down or against something! NOT WORTH THE PURCHASE! I seriously want to return!
