Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I usually don't write reviews but today I had too. This product was very disappointing. I researched a series of neck slash back massagers and even though this one was a few extra dollars. I thought it would be worth the price. Not to mention that all the reviews were spectacular. What're a few extra dollars if it means you're getting great QUALITY. This afternoon I open my package plugged in the massager and less than 10 seconds later I notice the entire zipper was broken. I even added a few photos to share my grave disappointment. I put everything back in the box and immediately shipped it back. To say I am dissatisfied is an understatement.
