These dryer balls are really disappointing. Had I not had really great ones (that did a super job of keeping my laundry soft AND lasted for almost TEN YEARS!) I would probably not have known the difference. The Whitmor dryer balls LOOK like the good ones, but they're very thin and flimsy -- not the good quality of the other brand I had originally. Yesterday, on a pass thru TJMAXX, I happened to look, and there, hanging on one of their wall displays was a package of DRYER MAX -- the good brand of dryer balls, and you can also find them here on Amazon. Only two balls to a package, BUT they will last you for ages and will actually keep your clothes soft on their spin in the dryer! (The Whitmor dryer balls fail at even that! ONE THING they were created for -- to keep your laundry soft -- and they don't do it well!) ;-(
