Hole was burnt in outer screen within three uses. In addition, searing was slow and tedious. Wrote to manufacturer for warranty claim but never heard from them. Sent a second request. Again no response. Returned to Amazon for refund versus replacement. Came to the conclusion the manufacturer does not deserve my custom based on the poor service and product quality. Good idea, poor execution
